I've done this map before arriving... having only 3 onth to enjoy Milan, i din't wanted to loose time... it will serve to new Milanesi....

green - day or early-night bar
orange - early-night or night bar
bleu - to dance... more it gets blue... more alternative/electro it is
red - social centers
