There might be more, but I am not aware of any others. Nearly all compounds in Jeddah are west of Madinah road, which is not the same side as where PISJ is. Also, all compounds have waiting lists.

3-bedroom units in compounds range from 80k to 150k. Nada Village is one of the cheapest compounds in Jeddah, so it will be towards the lower end, and just might be a bit lower than 80k.
