Hello girls here's what I find out last week about the Fiance visa documents to Norway.
you need to get a copy of Birth Certificate and Cenomar from NSO.and Baptismal Certificate.
then you need to go to the DFA old bldg.office located at Malibay Pasay Manila for the Red Ribbon.
