Rocking Ken

One of my loves is cooking and entertaining and I have started to compile a number of Maltese recipies which is currently ongoing and wanted to share them with you all.

BIGILLA (Spicy Beans)
ALJOTTA (Fish soup)
KWAREZIMAL (Lenten cake)
BRUNGIEL MIMLI (Stuffed Eggplant)
BRAGOLI (Beef Rolls)
TIMPANA (Baked Macaroni in a Pastry Case)
STUFFAT TAL-QARNIT (Octopus Stew)
STUFFAT TAL-FENEK (Rabbit Stew)
PASTIZZI (Ricotta cheesecakes)

Sorry Ken but am I missing something ?
All I see are names of recipes not recipes themselves!

Could not attach the doc so thought I'd put the recipe names on so if someone wanted it I could email it to them..

White Bait Makku. 

My first time to try this dish.

Ingredients:
1Kg White Bait
4 Eggs
Fresh Parsley
1 Clove crushed Garlic
Olive Oil
Seasoning
Method:
Beat the eggs very well and mix with the white bait. Add garlic, parsley ans seasoning.
Heat Olive oil and fry white bait on a low flame until it gets brownish.
Service with a slice of lemon

Also just love the Piatto Frutti di Mare in Vermell Bistro Spinola Bay.
King Prawns Clams Black Mussels Razor Clams Longoustines Scallop juicy shell fish broth.
Found a gem of little bar that serves food Balluta Bay Bar Sliema waterfront, the Chilli Con Carne to die for..
