Iam also thinking how they will be recalling such a vast number of cars in saudi arabia, Also what time period it will take for a single car and also if they will be charging certain amount of fees......!! 
( I am concerned because I own 1 )

Recall means calling someone back to from where ever they were released. What would a reckless drivers recall mean exactly?
