Looking for Mandarin Language classes in HCMC

There is a little man who is about 66 years old in District 1. His name is Lam Son. He is at Nguyen Trai where the turn-about Horse statue is and across from the new Starbucks in the back of Bird Nest store. I can get you his phone number if interested. He can teach English, Vietnamese, and Mandarin. He was charging $4 an hour.
