The total budget is 25000 INR (excluding electricity and other amenities)
I have 1 room vacant which i can offer for 12500 INR (exclusive electricity and other amenities)

Hey Carlo ,
As of now i am living in a single room with my girl friend.
Now we are planning to shift in a new flat in d same area .
Renovation is going on in d flat so i can not show you d flat . But after 10-15 days it will be ready and im planning to shift in d 1st week of january .
Please tell me how long would you be ready to stay in d flat .
