I'm looking to start a Fusion restaurant, putting the best bits of European culture with Asian (specifically Japanese and Korean), and wondered if anyone on ExpatBlog might be interested. Or know of anyone that is.
I have some background in the industry, from the European side, but none from the Asian (apart from enjoying the cuisine that is).
Could anyone be interested?

Actually, i know Japanese company, they want to do restaurant business in Vietnam. I just backed Sai Gon in March. I can not speak English well, so can you speak Vienamese? How can we discuss about it?
