I've been reading some statistics about people leaving Norway to other locations as UK, the States or even the middle east due to several reasons taxes, weather, language barrier, cost of life, family member not able to adapt ....
Any advise on how to coop with that !?
Is Norway the right place to move in for a skilled worker ?!

I think it depends on what sort of industry you want to work in and what you want to get out of life. Norway is well suited to some people, and less so to others.

learn the language, buy some decent clothes, don't hide in the house all day with your family. Participation in society can fix many of the problems you mention.
but there's no way anyone on a relatively anonymous internet forum can tell you if Norway's going to suit you or not.
also keep in mind that the people who dislike it are often more vocal than all the people who've been here for years and are busy getting on with their lives.
