I have bahraini visa, can i get mobile, broadband connection??

You need your CPR if you want to get your phone & broadband on a "contract". However, you can get a prepaid one just with your passport.

Pre paid mobile is better. If you have a contract and you phone is stolen, you still have to pay all the bills.

Contract broadband is best. See if your landlord will get it for you and you pay him back.

I agree with Jo. However if you are not a heavy broadband user, prepaid will work out much cheaper. You can pay about 3BD to have a few GB data allowance and that's enough for emails and browsing.
