Hiya Guys,
Recently moving from Riffa to Saar (closer to the causeway) & was wondering if there are any local gyms close by apart from the Rugby club because i'd end up having a few pints straight after training.
I am currently at the Ramez roundabout gym 'Iron Man' so anything that matches that would be great. Any info would be much appreciated ?

There is a gym called Oxygen in Diraz - not sure what it offers but there are big billboards up along Budaiya about it

I've heard Oxygen is good and another one called LifeFit. Check TimeOut Bahrain, they might have more listed there. I really should join a gym but I'm such a quitter.

another option is Tribal Fitness at St Christopher Primary..although it is a bit pricey..

Altright Jaime, I was looking at joining Oxygen Gym in Barbar the next time it gets to hot to train outside, monthly membership too

Yeh that's the one i've been too see, its around 40BD a month but it's high quality, i think ill look to join early next week.
