I wish to move to Fuerteventura from UK. I wish to take my land tortoises with me. They all have article10 certificates stating they were legally obtained & UK bred. I can obtain with these the licences to import/export around Europe.
I want to know if I am allowed them as pets in Spain & would I be allowed to continue to breed & sell their off spring, as I do at present.
Please help I've looked everywhere, but can only find info on dogs & cats.

Hi
Unfortunatly the airline wouldn't care if my animals were confiscated on landing. I need to know the legal rules long before going. It will be the deciding factor to that accommodation I rent, as I will need a large, private outdoor space & to whether I emirgrate at all.
