There is no job market in Cuba for foreigners. Obviously foreign governments employ their own nationals for senior staff positions in embassies but in general foreigners cannot be employed in Cuba. It is a communist stata and with the exception of those Cubans who pay licenses- usually 200 pesos - to sell DVDs, clothes etc. everybody is employed by the State.
