If you are Bermudian then your application to any job will take preference over an ex-pat given you possess equivalent qualifications.  Therefore the jobs available tend to be those where Bermudians have not had the opportunities to train for or get experience in.  if you do not have a degree and/or relevant professional qualification it is unlikely that you will be granted a work permit.
