Can you give more details or elaboration with regard to your question? What do you mean by changing the gender; was the visa issued with the wrong gender mentioned?

Depends upon your company PRO... I assume your gender was mentioned wrong on the papers

If your employer's PRO is smart enough, it doesn't take more than a week to change the gender onto your visa papers.

Are you in Oman or still abroad. If you're in Oman, it would be even easier.
