I will go to USA this december and I wonder, which city is the best for shopping? I want to buy bags as DKNY, GUESS, Tommy Hilfiger, MK etc. I have been to NY before and I know about Century 21 and Woodbury Outlet. Does LA have anything simlar (like outlet), or even better?
Which city, LA or NY, has the best shopping? And why?
And Louis Vuitton bags, do you think it is cheaper in USA or is it cheaper in France?

I think her shopping trip is long over, but I have to disagree. Minnesota has the best outlets.
