Yeah, very rarely! Even though they affix "English Speaking Taxi(driver)" label in taxi, it's difficult to get one.Or you should ask company call center for an English speaking driver.Just write and give the address, so they can take you to the destination.

Smart phones are great as you can locate and save search then show to the taxi driver.

Seems like my idea for an English Speaking Only Taxi Company is needed! So....would you pay $100 a ride? Joe can be your driver. We'll use Mickeyshin's car.
