im living in alain and i looking for trainer or class kikboxing or crosefite for lady or give private
I can't find anything similar anywhere help out.

i think there's a crossfit gym near al amal. i don't know the bldg's name but it's the one with the shawarma store. it's on the second floor. i'm just not sure if they offer classes for ladies.i haven't really checked.

oh i forgot to mention it's near carrefour. left side if you're facing c4.you just have to cross the road and you're on that bldg. you'll see a big "crossfit" signboard.
