Find a phD position in my major in Ankara university?

hi. I'm writing this post as I'm going to do my phD in Turkey. I studied English language teaching in Iran, Tehran university. would you please tell me how i can find a phD position in my major in this country especially in Ankara university?

do you want work in ankara universty ? it is not easy to work any universty so the universty declare some of free place yok.gov.tr çheck it there if they search native speaker or take your YDS english level exam high points it is okay
