My husband has just been offered a job for which he'll be travelling all Saudia. Can someone pls help which place is better in terms of living & schooling.
Riyadh, Jeddah, khobar or Dammam.
Help appreciated.

I would say that all these cities you mentioned are good regarding all the accommodations you listed.
personally I recommend living in the Dammam-Khobar area. Relatively the safest driving wise and it is located close to Bahrain/Kuwait/UAE/Qatar which is perfect for a weekend getaway
And there are international schools that you can enroll your kids in.
