Invalid border number on Visit Visa

My Parent cam on visit visa.I want to extend their Visa but I can only fill fee for one of my Parent thriugh Bank.For 2nd one it is saying Invalid border number.

It is possible that Jawazat guy put wrong number by mistake.
Doen any one know what is the process to correct this.
Else Visit Visa will expire.

Go to jawazat and visit the visit visa section, ask them that you need the correct border number .. "Raqam-al-hadood" and they will provide you. It is a time consuming process though.
Better option is you go to small cubicals outside jawazat where people sit and type different forms, ask anyone to get you the number, they will charge you 150-200SAR and you will have the correct number in no time.
