I will arrive in budapest airport the 17th of september around 11pm and i should reach Pecs from the airport. Do you know some transports with a reasonable price?

Train is a good choice costing some 5000+ HUF, but it does not work at 11PM...
Other than using private transport(some 200km,2 hours?), the only choice I see is to get to Budapest, stay overnight, and start in the morning.
Here you can check the scedule - it is not a direct connection, you need to get to Keleti train station in Budapest (busses 7, 7E, 173E), as you can see here:
