Does anyone have an idea of a salary range I can expect or try to negotiate for when applying for a job with a Kuwaiti insurance company with Kuwaiti running the company? I am a US expat with a university degree and a wide variety of insurance licenses and over 12 years of experience in the field.
I appreciate any information and suggestions.

Although I already sent you an email with the details but I thought to put a reply here for future references 
A managerial position from 1,100 KD to 1,500 KD or more.
Non managerial 800 KD to 1,000 KD
This is based on someone I know works in HR at one of the local insurance companies.
