Advise needed for a friend - Salary vs lifestyle

it can be option 1, if he really that tight in money and thinking about his future cause 21k is really a big salary for only 1 year of working I can have my own business and a dream house.

but I chose option 2, giving myself a luxury will never lose my saving. Im gonna stay here as long as the company needs my service and if the day will come I needed to retire I will enjoy the rest of my life cause I have enough money to relax as my old age come. just saying....

1. Option 2 is better, sharing stuff is not recommended.
2. Avoid monthly installments and buy on cash. Peace of mind!

If he is new to driving here, I say he should find a suitable mean of transportation (Carpooling or company Bus/Taxi), for few months, before he drives by himself.

If he is a proficient driver, I say it is a good idea to balance living as to live alone in an apartment in a building where friends are nearby, so he could have his own space, and yet enjoy a good social life. Saving is not a good idea all the time. Plus he could still save a lot, once he gets the feel of driving and living here, with this salary.
