Moving to Kuwait - Know about the living cost

Friends,

I am an Indian presently working in KSA received an offer letter to work in Kuwait. The salary is 1300 KD (All inclusive) I am survived by wife + one daughter. May I know the following;

1. What could be the normal family accommodation cost per month
2. What could be the school fee + transportation for my Kid in a normal Indian CBSE school.
3. What could be the living cost average for a small family per month other than accommodation cost.
4. Regarding medical, comapny will not provide any medical insurance. What could be the medical cost and how the system there?

The company location is in Ahmadi 61004, Kuwait.

A soonest advise on the above would be highly appreciated.
