Thanks for replying me back. I am in Belgium (Brussels) and Iam working for ING as a contractor through Capgemini India. Iam in belgium on a work permit and after comming to belgium I was very much impressed with the work culture and the country. I really want to work here and if luck permits I want to be a citizen of this country.
Hope you / your firm will give me a chance to fulfill my dreams.

'Getting a job' discussions are there in many other (very recent) threads in Belgium & Brussels forums.
There is no special tip, other than the normal ways viz..
- As you are already in the industry and in Belgium, by now you may already have built contacts and a friends circle. They may help you by keeping you informed of any openings in their organizations that are open for expats that fits your skill set.
- Join some relevant groups in linkedin
- Keep an eye on career section of company websites or subscribe to career news letters..
- Subscribe to job web sites.
