Hi all...
I live in Chennai in a double bed room appartment. I'm looking for a person to take the other room.

Single occupancy room with attached restroom, cot & matress. Fully equiped kitchen with cylinder, stove, microwave, toaster, blender and all required utensils. Fridge, washing machine, dining, RO water purifier available with 24hours good water supply. Full privacy.

Located in Shenoy Nagar, decent and posh location, safe neighborhood.

I am a 28year old female working in a reputed company. Double bed room is a bit too much for me, hence decided to rent it out. Please respond if interested for further details.

Hi Selin,

Please double-check with your Lessor if it is acceptable to them
that you to sub-lease/rent it.
Normally it is not allowed, better to double-check with them.
