Puerto Plata,DR
Anyone have comments or thoughts about the Doral area of Puerto Plata....for permanent living.
Security,water,electricity,public transportation...food markets, restaurants...beaches etc.
Hope I am not being to vague.

Welcome to the forums. Doral is not close to the city or grocery shopping etc. And I am no longer sure it is a good electrical area either. We need someone near there to comment.
