I will be arriving in Cuenca at the end of August and would like to know where some of the Gringo expats hang out during the afternoon and evenings? I will be in Cuenca for 5-7 days. I will also be going to Loja and Salinas.

Dear lucky. I will be going to cuenca this OCT.for my firsr time. Next summer I want to be there,as lasvegas is 110 in the summer.
