You have to apply online to schools that posts job vacancy for teachers.

If you have at least a BA and english is your native language then chances are you will find work in China. Google "teaching English in China" and you'll find tons of work.
Salaries will vary greatly so beware, the universities often pay the best. Make sure whomever you decide to work for they send you a letter of invitation and prepare your work visa before coming over to China.
