Welcome to Expat.com and the forum.
About your insect collecting, would you want someone to collect insects for you and send them to you? If so, i dont know how this works as i guess if these insects are harmful or rare and then going through customs...not sure.. 
You are better off posting on the Bolivia forum where you will get better responses.
