My name is Mukesh sharma and born in Jammu city .I worked with IBM as team lead for more than 4 years then moved to UK for MBA in Project Management and currently in delhi but planning to apply for australia PR . Is it worth coming to oz.

First go to www.immi.gov.au and see whether you qualify for a visa.
Second do a Google search to see if there are jobs available for you.

The govt here is trying to cut down on immigration so that jobs can be given to locals. Unemployment is high here.

Taxes are high. I pay 42%

The process for companies to employ overseas staff is costly and so they are reluctant to do it, especially with government restrictions on this. There is no guarantee that they will be allowed to employ an overseas worker.

You could do a Goggle search for Indian communities in Australia and contact them for information.

If you are lucky enough to get a visa and a job it would be worth coming to Oz. The lifestyle here has got to be better than India.
