IQAMA TRANSFER LETTER - Sample

Hi Assalam o alaikum,
If anybody could help me, I wanted to know that how IQAMA TRASNFER LETTER looks like?
What are the main things to mention in that?
Actually I Appeared in 3-4 Interviews and may be I will switch job in few weeks but it is still not confirmed that in which company,
My Manager is going abroad on vacation who have to sign on Iqama Transfer Letter so he is saying to make Iqama Transfer Letter of all companies where you gave interview so that whoever selects you, You can show that specific transfer letter to them.

Please tell me the main things in iqama transfer letter from company to company,
