Hi expats i came to Tanzania early this year as an executive chef and also as production manager in one of the largest bakery in Tanzania.I worked as a Group executive that is ,there are some other branches like Mwanza,Tabata,Tangi bofu and Town center.I headed a bout Two hundred workers.I introduce new products and also introduced the use of local flour from Azam instead of prim mix which is more ramped in Tanzania than any other country.
By now am lucky enough that have invented my own prim mix just with these our local flours.
