Well my friend I am still in a USA mindset/time frame. You might remember, patience has never been one of our strengths. Anyway, can you help me with any of my questions? Seems like you could give me some direction and share some of your experiences. Hope so.....

Hi Expat1,
might be easier on PMs generally that is how I get mail which is specific or wanting a quick reply. Personally I down trawl forums very often as I have enough emails coming via sites as well as other things going on. So PM me or one of the others here and no doubt you will get a reply you want
