Hi,
I would like to know me a Malaysian and waiting for my 'romanian permanent residence' what are the possibilities of find work in Europe what are the benefits of this 'romanian permanent residence'.I am in dire needs to find work out of Romania work here is under paid.

Please advice.

The Romanian PR does not give you the permission to work in any other EU states other then Romania. If you are on the look out for jobs elsewhere in the EU, its imperative that you get that respective country's Work Permit (WP), to be legally working there. The WPs are country specific and valid only in the country they are issued in. So the ROmanian PR is of no use anywhere else.
