SHAREMATE WANTED

Hi there,

The apartment my company has found me for this month is really GREAT. It has a great view on the sea and the Rock.
Unfortunately it's really expensive (about 700 pounds a month) so I was thinking about to split it with a sharemate.
Anyone interested?

1 HUGE living room with a view on the Rock and the Sea
2 Bedrooms (1 room has a bunkbed, 1 of which is double)
2 Bathrooms (1 bathroom has a bath-tub/shower)

It's in Gibraltar, 10 minutes from the border


Requisite are
1. Cleaness (respecting cleaning shifts, not leaving dirty stuff in the sink etc.)
2. Being on time with payments
3. Respect of sharemate spaces/privacy
4. Being a non-smoker is a plus
