Touristic business in Cebu

unless u are filipino  or have a filipino wife  u can not open either

sure people will tell u  that u can set up a corporation   and have 4 dummy locals as your front men   but    if any of them get wise  and decide to take your business   well  even if u have 100% of the said  stocks    u still end up in jail for 15 years  lose your business and everything u have invested

but  more fun in the philippines  right?

I used to travel in the  Philippines and I would suggest that before you launch any business , just hire a group that they can give you detailed information like feasible studies for business. You can find that very reliable and effective group of people in the internet in the Phils . But before the feasible studies, look for the young professional in the Philippines that can provide you a different business proposition based on your plan.

Things might not be complicated if you study everything before you start any business and it will be more easier for you if there's somebody who can guide or help you. Cebu is a beautiful place and December is a peak season for any business...
