Is anybody know something about Tarkwa, how is the life there, and what means tax free in my contract, if I should pay the incame for my monthly remuneration, how I think, how much is that?

Tarkwa is in Western Ghana about 2 to 3 hours from Takoradi. It is not a very big place but there are lots of mines in the area.
I don't understand the rest of your questions. I would be a bit worried about the tax free nature of your contract as companies are not allowed by law to employ people tax free.
