Job in Keflavik airport

Because my partner has found a job as physiotherapist in Iceland I will be moving with him to Iceland this fall. As I don't have a job yet I am looking around, specifically for a job in the tourism industry. I have a bachelor degree in tourism and I work in the Belgian national airport as a ticketing manager. Do any of you know how I can apply for a job in Keflavik airport or who I can contact? Thanks in advance!!!

Hello Glenn84,

Welcome to Expat.com :)

Please check the Keflavik airport website: kefairport.is/English/Shortcuts/About-us/, and you can contact them for any eventual vacancy there. Hope that helps :)

Thank you,
Pravin.

if you're willing to learn some Icelandic, here's the list of available jobs:

http://www.kefairport.is/Flytileidir/Storf-i-bodi/

there's a general application button at the bottom, but you might have problems filling it out if you're not already in Iceland. The first field they require is the Icelandic ID number, which you can't get unless you're already in Iceland (or have lived there before).

the company that operates the airport in Iceland is called Isavia. They also have a website and separate job listings:

http://www.isavia.is/um-isavia/storf-hja-isavia/

Thank you for your help!
