Tourist Visa processing from India to Muscat.

Hi,

I am looking out for a Tour agency, which can process 2 Tourist Visa from India to Muscat.

Below are my scenarios,
1)    I am right now in muscat, holding a 9 months short term Work Permit visa valid till jan 2014.
2)    My sponsor can't apply Family joining visa or family visit visa because I am holding short term visa.
3)    And he cant also apply tourist visa for my dependents because, oman rules tells it should be done through a tour agency.

In this scenario can your agency help me in getting tourist visa for 1 adult and 1 seven month old baby?

If yes, what are the charges and how many days that visa will last and is there possibility to extend it without returning back.
