Hi guys!

I'm an EFL teacher currently teaching in China, but would love the opportunity to work in Spain. I thought this was not possible since I don't have an EU passport, but I've heard about so many South Africans working in Spain!

Could you please give me some advice on what the working and visa situation is in Spain for South Africans?

Please please please!!

I would appreciate any advice!

Thanks!
Ashanti

Hi Ashanti,

I have moved your topic on the Spain forum.

You may want to view other discussions on the Spain forum as well.

Thank you,
All the best,

Just recently, as a non-EU citizen, if you invest in property in Spain you can apply for Spanish residence. Not sure what the amount is but I seem to recall it was around 180,000 Euro (so cheaper than a 3-bed townhouse in some parts of South Africa :-)
