I am living in Iran at the moment and thinking to get to Kuwait if things allow me, all i want to know is how is the situations, visa matters, and things i should consider for that.
is that easy to get hired and work in Kuwait

not to burst your bubble or anything but, you cannot come to Kuwait, there is a ban on nationals from the following nations:
1) Iraq
2) Iran
3) Syria
4) Pakistan
5) Afghanistan

they would have been here prior to this ban being put in place.
i cant really answer the "why" part, apparently its a matter of national security. you are free to check with the nearest Kuwait embassy.
