Hello....I am trying to find out if there are any types of gathering/meetings for Expats where I can get guidance/informations about living in Viet Nam.
I am from Houston, Texas (USA). I travel to VN each year (November) but I plan to find a place to retire there soon. I would like to know if there's a place where Expats would meet and exchange ideas/information that would be helpful to everyone. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
I normally stay in a hotel next to Pham Ngu Lao.
