there are few ways you can use
1)take flight from kl to JB...then take taxi to lego land
2)drive by car, use Plus Highway...exit at Johor bharu
3)take bus to Johor Bharu and then taxi to lego land

Tehere are a lot ways to go to Lego Land. And Lego land is quite far from JB city center..
U can go to JB by bus, the bus station to JB are mostly at Terminal Bas Selatan (TBS). The journey will take about 4-5hours depends on the traffic.
If u take a flight, it will take less than an hour. There are Malaysia Airlines System operates in KLIA, Air Asia (LCCT) and Firefly (Subang Airport). But u have to take a taxi to JB City Centre from the airport.
Mostly, there are hotels that offers packages that includes transportation from hotel to legoland and the tickets. I will check it for you.
