Hi
I'm Type 1 diabetic controlled with insulin. I take good care and control my diabetes. I eat good diet foods. I'm up-to-date with all my travel jabs and I have plenty of insulin to cover my stay, plus a back-up supply should I need. I wondered if anyone else has type 1 diabetes and if you have any advice, tips and places to buy good food etc.?
The reason I ask is last time I was in Guangzhou I think I caught a bug and totally when off my food. I do stay with my wife's family and they cook "special food for me" it's just a bit different to what they eat really!
So any help would be truly appreciated
