Hi all,
My husband and I finally got our application off last week including having our biometrics taken at the Danish Consulate in Chicago.
Has anyone from the USA or Canada in this forum applied under the Greencard Scheme? If so, how long did it take to get a decision, from start to finish?

I am not really from US or Canada, but I don't think it depends on your country of Origin. It's a case by case basis, depending of the factors that makes it possible for you to apply for the Green Card.

It should take around a month, but for my case it was a work permit on pay scheme limit and took around 2 month.
But you can say minimum time to wait is 1 month

It can take upto 2 years. So hope for the best but expect the worse.
