We are currently applying for a Representative Office license to operate in Ho Chi Minh city.
Do we then need to apply for a Work Permit or Temporary Resident Card as well?
How does this work??

Elmocandy,
When you get your business license and stamps, you can begin to execute employment contracts. Then is when you will need to do the Work Permit applications for your foreign employees.
