Did anyone get membership card (Bataqa) from SEC after getting successful registration and changed profession.

No, they do not issue any membership card to expatriates.
SCE core membership is only for Saudi Engineers, for expatriates they call is "Professional Accreditation Member" for which no card is being issues except a paper with registration no.
