Hello, costs for education in Slovakia depends if you want to attend private or public school. Public schools are free, but you need to wait sometime. Try call first. For costs of private pre-school it varies between 100-1000 euro and limit is the sky. About age, for public schools, there are 2 levels. For first it starts as soon as 3 years. For second level it is usually 4-5 years. But it really depends. Child could be accepted sooner if it can walk/talk/go to bathroom etc. or leter if it does not have this abilities.
